HistoryMaker Homes - Warranty

I moved in my house 3 months ago. I have several issues with the stairs and second floor (squeaky and loose board). I have submitted this issue 3 times and 3 times I have been waiting for them to show after coordinating a date and taking day off work. No call back to reschedule and if you call the contact person and no answer. From my experience I would not recommend this company.
